How many years do you give him to reach 10 wins?

I think he will reach 10 wins in the middle of his second year. Should get around 6 this year and need only 4 more in his second year.

The team is good enough to win 10 this year...

Nobody in the west is really scary this year.

TEXAS A&M- No QB, and barely beat Auburn last year. Jimbo is 1-3 vs Auburn and hasnt beaten Auburn at home since arriving at College Station.

LSU- Even Gus put up 48 pts, nuff said.

Ole Miss- Auburn beat handily at home in 2020, if they played defense maybe.

Miss St- Beat them at home last year, nothing special.

Arky- Auburn was up 17-0 and it couldve been 24-0, game was close in 2nd half, nothing special.

Bama is Bama

so who should we be afraid of again?

My expectation is 9 plus, and given the history of Auburn coaches in their 1st year over 10 wins is possible.

Gus went 12-2 1st year at auburn
Terry Bowden went 11-1 1st year at auburn

Neither of those guys were stuck with Bo Nix as their QB in year 1.

It was tied with like a minute left in the game

Yeah Terry only had Bo's dad when White got hurt. He threw a nice little TD in the Alabama game that year.

I wouldn't judge him too harshly until he has someone better than Bo Nix as his starting QB

I'm not even an AU fan, and I'm probably in the minority on this, but I think Bo has the tools to be a solid SEC QB with better coaching and if the OL is improved. He looked terrible last year because he was running for his life so much, but the times he had time to throw he was decent enough.

I have no idea what AU's roster will look like this season though, so definitely not predicting a great season from him. Can't imagine the OL being fixed that quickly though.

Auburn held Corral to a season low 154 passing yds that game. Ole Miss wasnt anything special outside the game they exploded on Bama offensively.

other than that Ole Miss still finished 5th in the West

Year 3 realistically, I think 7 wins this year is likely, 8 or 9 next year and then 10+ in year 3.

7 point win is "beating them handily."

11 point win is "barely beating" Auburn.

You won this game 30-28 and probably should've lost.

Are you fricking retarded?

The game is in Baton Rouge, so that's a loss already.

OM ran for 283 that game. To call your original post inconsistent would be incredibly generous

Auburn has only lost 3 SEC WEST Games in the last 3 years.

(2020 Bama and TAMU, 2019 LSU)

Returns all 5 starters on OL
has heisman level RB
Returns all TEs
Returns Most of the Defense and special teams.

Scheme wise Harsin is leaps and bounds better than Gus so if Gus can win 6 in the SEC im sure Harsin can break off more.
