That's pretty tough after facing a team that was likely in the top10 of toughest opponents Harsin has faced in his 9 year career.

True, most people don't hire a guy and then fire him after 3 games total.

Neither do most people fire their OC the week before they play for a National Championship.

If it was his decision and not made for him, that's pretty crazy. Not many coaches would admit they screwed up a hire that badly this early.
