Always love these non-permanent crossover games when both teams are highly ranked. How do you see this one going?

The Swamp is a tough place to play, and Mullen will scheme a couple of TD's as always. But with Nix now having big-game experience and Auburn looking so dominant in both trenches, I see Auburn pulling away late. 31-17 Auburn.

Agreed. You'd be hard-pressed to find anyone in the National Media this week that thinks UF has a shot in this game.

I really miss the games at The Swamp! I went to all 3 games there while I was in school.
Really looking forward to this one and wish I could go!

I'm going to tell you something:

Even though Joe "Check With Me" Moorhead is in over his head and rapidly running the program into the ground now that he's playing big boy ball, even though we get a delay of game more than a 1st down, even though whipping our asses isn't saying much, Auburn is nasty in the trenches.

The Gus Bus reamed our arseholes out counterclockwise with a dull hand-me-down countersink and without any cutting oil. The Barners put it in every hole and told JoMo to tell em how it tastes.

(Hint: He said it was "salty-then-sweet." "Two thumbs up.")

Auburn is classic Auburn this year: they will frick around and beat that arse because they've got grown arse men down on the frontlines.

I think Florida will make it a game early, but I believe Auburn will pull away in a decisive win and leave no doubt of who's a better team this year.

This used to be one of the best rivalries in the SEC. Should be a great game for 3 quarters. Then, Auburn routs them.

I think it will be pretty close. MSUs defensive line was really bad, which made Auburn's mediocre offensive line look really good. That allowed our offense to do anything it wanted to. It won't be the same against the Gators. I think it will be a relatively low scoring game. Maybe 24-21.

Excited to play UF again after so many years. It's always been a great rivalry with AU having won the last few against great UF teams. This year is different in that AU should have the better team on paper. Nix is still a Frosh and in that atmosphere, anything is possible.

As others have said, I think AU pulls out a 7-10 pt win in the end.

Can't wait.

I see a close game with auburn winning. auburn's offense is still not all-world and florida has a for real defense. and florida is at home. florida is a really good team without the depth. we haven't heard good things about their oline which will be the difference.

auburn by 8.

They were probably better than Kent St or Tulane, and I have seen enough improvement the last 2 weeks to believe that we are headed in the right direction. I do wish we had a second RB that was rock solid. I love Shivers attitude, but he should be playing for Samford. Kam Martin reminds me of a Terry Bowden style tailback.

I'm a lifelong Auburn fan so I will reserve judgment on this team... basically indefinitely. I'd love us to keep our foot on the gas but I've seen us lose too many of these games in recent history to be as confident as some of you seem to be.

Auburn's offensive line wont be able to overpower Florida like they did State. Best pass rush young Bo will face so far. Maybe all year.

But I think if we can run the ball effectively, keep Bo clean and RBs hang on to the damn ball, i think Auburn wins a close game. 24-20 AU.

It ought to be an SEC war.

I'm thinking AU comes out winning a close one.
