So the wind speed in Baton Rouge will be between 10 to 30 miles an hour.... brutal.

The Florida game you are making fun of had winds of 70 miles an hour and up predicted for Gainesville

It amazes me that a Bama fan posted this

Naw not really

The attempted reverse troll of the Matthew debacle on this board always give me a good laugh

Might as well play it, not much else going on in Louisiana.

Which is why Alleva suggested Foley come up with alternate plans a week in advance.

I will 100% guarantee if a hurricane, Category 3 or so, was heading for Baton Rouge for tomorrow, you ain't playing Auburn in Tiger Stadium.

True, and like Gainesville, a Cat 3 is not headed our way. Unlike UF, we are playing the game.

No, we'd ask if we could play it at Auburn.

The Wednesday forecast prior to the fated LSU Florida scheduled game. Gainesville pretty much in the cone.

I think the plan is always TS south in New Orleans.

That works too. The point is, if you play football on the gulf coast, you need contingency plans.

I don't blame Foley for slow-playing it, that was a smart decision and the right thing to do for his program. I do blame him for throwing a bitch fit when the SEC told him the game had to be played.

Once a team embarrassed them, they turn wackadoo about the whole situation. Like if they do enough posturing, we’ll be impressed.

Dude, you have a little rain and light wind. Birmingham has more of a weather threat.
