We haven't had less than 86,000 for a home game in the last 2 years. I believe an "official" sellout is 82,500 at Kyle right now.

Over the last decade pretty much every conference game would pretty much be sold out but not all OOC games. That was with a very mediocre product as well. The last couple years it has really picked up though and especially with the move to the SEC.

Sold out every game since 2010 OU (that game was over official capacity but I think it only brought in 84k).

Before that--with an abysmally mediocre squad--we probably sold out about 60% of the games (meaning 85k+), with the non-conference and lesser conference foes attracting ~80-81k.

The last 2 seasons they sold out the stadium at an increasingly faster rate. Now there is a significant wait list for season tickets.

The only issue with "selling out" in the past has been there are about 10k pretty bad seats with crap amenities. Of course having a crap team didn't help, it's pretty amazing they sold as well as they did with the team we had and the prices to go with it. Our tickets have always been high because of the 31k student section that is half price, essentially the former students subsidize the huge student section.

They are correcting the sight lines and improving the amenities to make it a much better experience for every seat. There is also not nearly enough luxury seating but the prices are certainly premium.

I remember seeing some games of theirs on tv with a ton of empty seats. Once the SEC move wears off and JFF is gone you'll probably see a regression back to that.

someone is fibbing.

@ChuckCarltonDMN: RT @olinbuchanan: A&M has sold out just 34 football games in past 26 years. That stat being considered as A&M plans Kyle Field expansion

Enough to where our new stadium will be larger than BDS, and sell out more often.

It never sells out my friend. Just walk up to the ticket booth minutes before a game starts. You might even score some half price tickets. Just tell them JFF sent you.

Tickets should be real easy to get for our game vs yall once Saban's effect has worn off and the 4 loss season you're about to experience starts the downslide.
