Yeah the not holding L2 is taking some getting used to. I like the idea of the new assist controls but it needs to have a better success rate. I feel like it wont work unless the person you are passing to is wide open.

It's great as usual. With the next generation soon coming out, I didn't expect much but it's easily the best NBA sim I've ever played. The new assist controls and the on court feel are very impressive. They have definitely strengthened the defensive side of the ball to where you can't just run in 100mph down the lane for a dunk every time.
Downfalls is there is way too much goal tending on both sides of the court and they didn't really fix the problem of players constantly running out of bounds with the ball or on pass attempts.
It has a great feel though.
