The same be said for MSU's football improvements a few years back? Why even try when you can't compete with A&M & BAMA?

No, but I could probably find a dozen or so (maybe you're included) from back when it was being built. UK is building a good looking park that fits their needs. Just because it isn't a top 3 in the nation stadium doesn't mean they can't be proud of it.

I think he’s saying if the new Hump isn’t top half of the SEC, then he won’t come to the SEC rant and call it a Wow.

The problem with that is no matter how nice the stadium actually looks, it won’t ever be top half because of capacity.
I think it looks awesome and the more money pumped into college baseball, the more the sport can grow. Nobody is going to Missouri and Tennessee and saying “this is why I love college baseball”
