OU didn't even host their own regional that year. Still made it to the final with just a few top line players.

This is why the NCAA baseball tourney is better than the other two majors. Anyone who gets in the tourney can make it to Omaha and, if they get hot, can win it all.

Don’t feel bad for us. We’re carrying our cross proudly. This is who we are.

Yeah, sucks seeing our baseball team behave like Oklahoma Football. They're better than that.

Need to go out and get better players

If only they’d hire you to evaluate talent before recruiting these players. You obviously know better than our coaching staff, most of the baseball watching community, and all of the analysts out there that think Arkansas has the most talented and complete team in CB (top to bottom).

Winning in Omaha is always about talent. Anything else is used as an excuse as to explain why your team wasn't good enough. The hottest teams usually for the most part had the most talent. It isn't always like that way but the cream rises to the top.

Ole Miss was more talented than Arkansas.

What a load of horseshite.

But winning in Omaha isn’t about talent. It’s about who is the hottest.

Pretty much agree, but add that champion teams all seem to have at least one guy who is HIM- that guy who makes sure that the team plays their style of ball & stays locked in

All they had to do was catch a ball that landed between 3 of them. Thats it. It’s fundamental baseball. They had their chance. It was right there for the taking and they balked.
