None. Hard to pick a best from this bunch. Now had someone landed a Big game Bob or Gary Patterson then...
I guess out of that I'd say Kirby but it would be pure speculation.

Total toss up at this point. I'm not sure whether I'd consider Muschamp first or last honestly - he's got HC experience at least but ...

All 3 are terrible, Smart probably has the most opportunity to work out though.

Give me the other two over Muschamp. At least there is a chance they don't suck arse. 'Champ couldn't get it done at Florida. He is going to get arse raped at South Carolina.

Odom has actually been successful as a coordinator under different coaches,

so was muschamp before UF. He was fired after 4 years, 3 of which stunk.

Oh, it's also easier to win at UF than missouri.

Good luck!

Why would anyone be excited about Muschamp as a HC? What has he done? He's has as the temperament of a strength coach, not a head coach. I just don't understand why anyone would hire boom, one season out of failing at an elite job like Florida. Why would he suddenly succeed at a place

Not to mention the fact that I don't think players mothers will be all that happy with their kids playing under a guy who uses the F-Bomb every third word and will constantly call their sons cocksuckers.

Boom is Kirby with experience. I don't get why any of you morons can't see how maybe he realized he made some mistakes at UF and now can start with a clean slate and rectify those. The guy can recruit and will bring in players...there's no denying that. UF's roster this year is talented.

Different offensive philosophy and he could've been much more successful at UF. He can learn from his errors before. Kirby will be learning on the job.

Smart should be behind everyone that guys coaching ability is being based solely on him being under Saban at Bama. Same as how everyone says how horrible muschamp is because of Florida. You got nothing to go on with smart

Is it better to have tried and failed, or to never have tried?

Smart
Odum
Muschamp

I don't know how good of a hire it is for USC, but I think it is a huge mistake by Muschamp. He would be better served to DC o couple more years anywhere to get back settled. Then take a G5 job to figure out head coaching. The move up to P5.

If he fails at USC, which is easily possible, If you cant win at UF with all their advantages, then something is wrong. I fear that this is a huge mis-step by Boom. This could end his change of ever being a successful P5 HC.

Smart will be interesting to watch, I think.

The other two?

Probably shouldn't hang too many pictures on the wall or unpack too many boxes.

I just don't get the Muschamp hire. At least with Smart and Odom there is some mystery.

Muschamp is no mystery. He is embarrassing as a head coach. We know this because we've seen it. He is awful.

So what did he do this past season to make up for it? Simply preside over the worst Auburn defense in recent memory and then leave the team in a shambles.

Seriously - the decision makers at SCe need to be committed. They have clearly lost their minds.
