You skipped the Cottrell and Logan Young phone calls before signing day and paying off his mortgage part.

What?

Remember, as the Bama fans have pointed out so vehemently these last few months, the NCAA isn’t a court of law. They have no statue of limitations

I don't know what other people have claimed and don't generally care.

The fact of the matter is, there is a 4 year window for allegations.

Is there a statute of limitations for making allegations?

Yes. Allegations generally are based on violations that have occurred four or fewer years before the time an institution is notified of an investigation or an institution notifies the enforcement staff of violations. However, the enforcement staff may allege violations that have occurred beyond the four-year period if they involve (1) the eligibility of a current student-athlete, (2) a pattern of willful violations that began before the four-year window but continue into the four-year window or (3) a blatant disregard for certain fundamental rules (recruiting, extra benefits, academics, ethical conduct) or (4) an effort to conceal violations.

And I don't see where any of the exceptions apply.

Again, no. Like I said, all we wanted all along was due process and we were all called out for it because "oh he cheated" and "We all know what happened" "what else could strong arse offer mean?". But now its ok to want an explanation, right? If it turns out he did cheat, then bye Felecia.

I think you may be progressing to the anger stage already....

Youre arguing with someone thats agreeing with your take

Ha bud, I'm not arguing with you about any of this. I wanted Wade to stay. Said so multiple times.

If y’all were cheating at football that would be plain sad. The cheaters should be fired for their incompetence at cheating

Not really but it is on this board just because of the LSU-Bama back and forth. It is funny after all the LSU shite, now bama is the team being named in the trial though

The ongoing federal trial regarding basketball corruption took a significant turn Tuesday afternoon following the testimony under oath of Louis Martin Blazer. In other words........bama was put on probation because boosters were buying recruits. No coaches were ever found to be involved.

Yea, Cottrell's relationship and communication with Logan Young - the guy who supposedly paid for Means - didn't have anything to do with the penalty severity.
