Why are the aggies so quick to defend this kid when he obviously doesn't have any respect for aTm? Had TM7 made comments such as the one below...I'd have wanted him gone immediately. Looking back at TM7's situation, you have to almost feel sorry for that kid as he didn't have anything close to the upbringing that Manziel had. I'm sure he could have profited significantly from the "Honey Badger" craze but that doesn't seem to be the case. I have no sympathy for JM or his family. Everything I've read over the past year sounds like the Manziels care much more about themselves than the university that he/they should be loyal to. I'm pissed that this will only make the Gumps schedule that much easier. What an idiot...

"Bulls--- like tonight is a reason why I can't wait to leave college station...whenever it may be.

No that the thank you is out of the way, you are dead wrong on the presumed excitement from Bama fans. Most either really want him to play (like me) or don't care one way or the other. Any "excited" bama fan is in the extreme minority. We don't want A&M and other fan bases to continue making excuses like, "if Colt hadn't been hurt", "if Murray spikes the ball there", "If johnny hadn't been suspended".

Shite happens. You play the games with the players you have available. I hope Manziel is one of those players for A&M on 9/14.

My thoughts exactly. I don't want any excuses from 3rd party fan bases if he's out. I want JFF to play.

I think you are being too lenient, I think most Bama fans want to crush him, & he needs to play for that to happen.

75 pages for a whole lot of nothing so far. Can't imagine how long it will go if there actually is ever any evidence of wrong doing.

Johnny Manziel's personal assistan

I couldn't believe it when I read the comments about a PA from another interview.

Spoiled brat. Is that what his dad was talking about when he said he bought him the Mercedes to keep him from doing something stupid to get one?

There is absolutely nothing to summarize -- somebody says Manziel got paid for signing autographs. That's it. For 75 freakin' pages (so far)

According to the recent article that contains quotes from Paul M, Manziel's best friend.

DEVELOPING: A second autograph broker has said Johnny Bonfire asked for money to sign autographs. (via @schadjoe)

Joe Schad?@schadjoe3m
That broker (not connected to South Florida signing allegations) said he has declined to return 6 calls from NCAA

Joe Schad?@schadjoe5m
The prominent autograph broker provided ESPN photo of Johnny Bonfire signing a stack of photos allegedly in hotel room night b/f Bama game

Joe Schad?@schadjoe9m
A prominent autograph broker in Southeast said Johnny Bonfire's personal assistant told him he could have another session, but for $

So the memorabilia guy wants his 15 minutes of fame but refuses to tell the NCAA... So is he waiting to get paid first by the media or by the alumni?

Would be easy to trace and would make him the biggest moron to ever accept payment while playing college football...and there have been plenty of them so being the biggest is saying a lot.

Doubt he took a check. not sure if he took cash. Don't care either way. hope he skates and plays.

Everybody not named A&M, hug your QBs a little tighter tonight before bedtime.

And thank god they aren't such epic f&*%'n tpos douchebags.

"I bought Johnny a Mercedes because he wanted one so bad I thought he might do something stupid to get it."

That's all you need to see.

Could have been a good thing if the PA had been a pro with experience instead of a drinking buddy.

PA needs to fall on the sword and say JFF didn't know anything about the money.
