I have a lot of empathy for our Aggie brothers. They just got back on the map, they haven't done anything wrong. (As far as we know, and hope that is true) And now they are being taking for a ride.
Hell, I want the kid to play. That is biggest game in Tiger Stadium this year. I was hoping they would beat bama again. It is great to have another strong team in the West. (We aren't Bama we don't mind a tough schedule as long as they have one too) This really really sucks for them. And if the NCAA goes after them because they are reeling from being criticized for being such pussies with Auburn, it is beyond bullshite.
I am just saying, NCAA ain't no damn court of law boys. There is a lot of chatter on this, and that is not good. Except for the lawyers.

God damn! Why does everyone keep referring to the "video tape" like they have seen it personally! I'm a Auburn fan and could give 2 fricks about ATM but Jesus christ. Until the supposed videos are released from the "anonymous" source to the public, please quit referring to them like they are gospel. I haven't seen some much ignorance in one thread since ATPB. How'd that shite show turn out for all you guys!

You're right..he brought it on himself and I'm not saying he should get a pass. I'm just saying that the idea of a Heisman winner not being allowed to play because of signing his name for fans is just silly in general.

My initial reading of the tea leaves seems to have been off. I thought he'd be FUBAR'd by now as I thought the proof was there (it seems not to be)?.
I think he did some shenannigans, but I don't know if he will be caught. I think he plays and Aggies have to deal with the wild speculation throughout the season. 2013 will be a season of Russian Roulette.
Hope I'm wrong; hope he's either given the "All Clear" by the NCAA (doubtful) or he's proven to be a rule breaker and excluded from the get go.
My lone hope is that whatever it is, it's done by Aug 31. Hopefully the NCAA will be good enough to rule by then.

That would be nice - but the media and fans are out for blood now and will never be satisfied until he's kicked off. Same with Cam. If AU had gotten rid of him, all would be forgiven - even though the NCAA ruled no violations occurred.
Sad that the ones judging would absolutely do the same thing when it came to their program. They would never vote to kick off a good player unless they were forced to. Not that the fans have anything to do with it.
