Allegedly, Johnny got in a fight at the titter called "midnght lace" in tyler. I dont know when, recently maybe? he was arrested. supposedly this story is coming down the pipe.

Student-athlete Cam was arrested as many times as Johnny. For theft, too. Manziel was stopping a fight with some fake IDs. We've all done one, but few have done the other.

the audio is damaging, but i still dont know how far the NCAA can go without proof of money being transferred, but then again, that proof can come out later

The NCAA isn't like a criminal court as far as I know. Unless they have just decided that it's time to bring the secret witnesses back and make a bunch of shite up to suspend him for a year, no amount of circumstantial evidence will be enough to do him in.
