Nope. Not how it works. Seriously

YES...See Dez Bryant. He was found to have done NOTHING wrong..but, he LIED about it...GONE
What has Manziel lied about? He hasn't spoken to ANYONE in the NCAA about this.

Litigation brings subpoena power...Neither aTm or the Manziels will want to go down this road...
Depends on how well they covered their tracks. If the Manziel's were smart about it, it wont matter.
These brokers are businessmen... not crooks...

you should know that Manziel has threatened transfer to another school if Sumlin sits him
So instead of going pro after this season, he will sit the WHOLE season out, then play another season of college football with the Longhorns, a team that wanted him as a safety?
Either your boosters know nothing or you have no boosters that you know

I want him to play because I want Alabama to get another shot. We love our mulligans.

GRRRR...I was answering the poster's own hypothetical.
ETA the OP's quote:

Will they be willing to suspend him for saying "I was never here"?
Since it is on video..obviously, that would be a lie

"On the videos, which the broker said were recorded without Manziel's knowledge, ESPN heard Manziel say "you never did a signing with me" and that if the broker were to tell anyone, he would refuse to deal with him again in the future. Manziel, who appeared comfortable throughout the video recordings, also said if asked, he would say he had simply been approached by various autograph seekers.
At one point, ESPN heard a broker ask Manziel if he would take additional cash to sign with special inscriptions, but Manziel declined, indicating he had done that before and it led to questions. The video does not show Manziel accepting cash, which the broker alleges happened three times. The broker told ESPN Manziel said he wanted money for new rims for his vehicle."

Doubt that's how it would work but lets just assume it did. That way in 3 years after discovery motion filing and witness depositions you guys reinstate his eligibility...

If they sit him, they face a suit from the family
There is no fricking way a lawsuit can be based upon a coach not playing a kid.......if they kick him off, then that's another matter. But, playing time? No.

Instead of finishing his career strong and going down as one of the most heralded athletes in Texas history, he's going to be a pariah that is loathed the state over. He went from never having to buy another beer for himself for the rest of his life to having beer bottles thrown at him and his Benzy keyed at every oppty.
Someone forgot to tell JFF not to shite where he sleeps.
Regardless of how his career proceeds after A&M, if this stuff is true, he'll regret how he treated A&M for this rest of life. What a clown...

No it just means it won't get to the NCAA until he gets paid. And he WILL get paid.
