#OleMiss has been charged with the dreaded Lack of Institutional Control by the NCAA. The school said it will fight that charge.

Self imposed bowl ban for a bowl they won't sniff in the first place.

Bowls don't really matter that much anymore if it is only one year. If Ole Miss gets only a one year bowl ban than that's not that bad. I'm interested with what happens with Freeze and the scholarships reduction.

Bowls are shite now tim the Final Four in place. Watch us win the West the one year we can't actually go to Atlanta.

I know it's not happening but that would be classic Ole Miss.

Ya but it is unlikely that the NCAA is not going to tack more on

Keep in mind: Ole Miss will fight these charges. That said, sources told @RebelGrove in January the NCAA investigators want major penalties.

This. I'm most curious about just how much involvement Freeze had in all of this bad business, how much the NCAA could prove, and how hard they discipline him.

I understand the sentiment but if the recruiting coordinator (or whatever Barney F was called) was involved, it is going to be virtually impossible to win.

How many of their best players will leave?

NCAA usually allows players to play immediately after transferring from messes like this.

Freeze, Bjork and Vitter are pretty fricked tbh. Even if half of those level one charges don't stuck, it's pretty damn bad.
