He's going to ignore anything that doesn't fit his narrative.

Do you understand why the federal prosecutors are arguing against calling coaches?

Because they believe it’s bad for their case

Correct. Their case rests on the schools being defrauded by the shoe companies. If the shoe companies are doing what the coaches/schools want, the federal case falls apart.

First if the coaches testimony isn’t allowed in court that is pretty big deal in this story. Second the schools are being defrauded. Especially in Dawkins case he being accused of bribing coaches to convince that coaches players to sign with him afte college.

LSU fans keep saying this.....but that is untrue. The FEDS have already said they will give the NCAA everything they have when the investigation is over.

They aren’t being defrauded in the way the Feds allege. The schools aren’t being tricked into offering these kids athletic scholarships. The schools want the players and are working in concert with the shoe companies to pay the players. And no, it’s not just LSU. It’s everywhere.

What do you mean LSU fans keep saying this? As far as I know we just learned about the feds motioning to bar wade and miller from testifying yesterday.

The LSU fan talking about this when the story first hit was "well, it was not allowed in testimony earlier. The court threw it out"..........which means absolutely nothing as far as the NCAA is involved. The NCAA is not a court of law.

The ncaa also doesn’t have the power of subpoena either. Something that auburn is familiar with as well.

but the FEDS do. So back to my point........the FEDS will be turning over everything they gather to the NCAA. Meaning: The NCAA will basically have to do no investigating on their own. They are letting the best in the world do it for them.

They don’t need the power of subpoena to read the transcripts of the wiretap.

The feds haven’t subpoenaed wade and it sounds like they don’t plan on doing so.

Oh so this same phone conversation that Yahoo has been writing articles on for 3 months? They better have more than that.
