While ND is just another gimme game on the CU schedule this year, Bama still has a game to play before they start concerning themselves with the fighting Dabos led by lil' Mitchie Kramer.

No, what’s really embarrassing is that LSU got all the help from the refs and still lost

Yea but A&M and Syracuse were quite literally the only decent teams they played this year

except for scoring offense.

That’s kind of important when it comes to winning a game

This is where I begin to question one's true college football acumen.

You must stop and think before starting a thread using stats to bolster your love of Clemson.

They play in the ACC.

Bama plays in the SEC.

See the difference?

Know the difference.

Clemson will be lucky to get past the first round and they hope and pray that we never expand to an 8 team playoff.

Clemson is rivaled only by Georgia in terms of competing with us the best over the last few years. Doesnt really matter what conference they are in, they've proven they can walk on the field with us and not be intimidated.

uh no

They're ACC.

They stink and won that title by cheating.

Don't ever say something like this again.

Clemson needed the Refs help to beat A&M

They aren’t good

Some would say the same for A&M.

I think we all know Bama wins by 3 TD's against Clemson, 4-5 against the others.

I actually think Clemson is the worst of the 4.

Everything I said is true.

It's possible our RT plays above average against your cyborg DL, and our run support starting Safety (Muse) can cover whatever NFL receiver you match up on him, but I have my doubts.

Clemson is a better team than last year overall, especially in the passing game. The problem is that Bama got even better than we did with a full season of Tua and a quiver full of deer you call WRs. And unlike us, your OL is full of guys who will play at the next level.

If we make it past Notre Dame it's going to be fun watching all of the LSU and Auburn faithful root for the Tigers.

Being the "worst" at this level isn't what I would call an insult.

I actually agree. They have a better front seven than Bama and if you can get pressure with your front four without committing the LBs you will most often win your games. The games where Bama gets pressure without blitzes like against LSU and Auburn in the second half you can’t score. Clemson has a better defense this year than Alabama ImO.

The rain, a mediocre QB that got beat out by a true freshman to the point of quitting the team and running to the SEC on September 8th at College Station had a little to do with it.

We play that game again with Trevor Lawrence having a season under his belt we beat Texas A&M by 2-3 scores.

Trevor Lawrence was a non factor against A&M. Kelly Bryant won that game for you...that and ACC refs refusing to call OPI.

Not a factor at All:

LINK

Again, this was an 18 Y/O true freshman playing on the road at College Station in the rain on Sept. 8th. He did ok. Now he is at the point where NFL scouts are pleasuring themselves and will most likely be a top Heisman pick...

Keep living on Sept 8th...That's all you have
