When I lived in West Carrollton just outside of Dayton, I swear half the cars had Hilton Head stickers. Was by far the most popular vacation destination for the upper middle class in the South and East Dayton area.

I worked in Youngstown for a bit. It was like an episode of the Sopranos.

King's Island is cool, or was cool the last time I went around 1989. The Beast is a great coaster.

When Paramount owned it the place was amazing. Also has a great Halloween month of events.

So they can look down at “the poor people” that go to Myrtle Beach.

You are all talking about the CITIES of Cleveland and Cincy .Of course they are not like downtown Charleston SC ? Duh .But suburbs in certain areas of both Cleve and Cincy are as nice as you can get . You think Jack Nicklaus and Urban Meyer live in Dublin ,Ohio ( suburb of Columbus) because its a shitehole ?? You think The PAul Brothers live in suburbs of Cleveland or Stipe Miocic living in Independence ,Ohio are boing forced to live there ??? Heck,Even Iron Mike Tyson had a crib in the suburbs of Cleve . Hallie Berry still lives on the West burbs of Cleveland . Go to places like Avon Lake and Rocky River . or Pepper Pike on the East burbs ..Cleve is a hidden gem for burbs

Cincy has a lot of great suburbs too. Indian Hill, Kenwood, Montgomery, Mariemont, Anderson TWP, etc.

And the city itself has been gentrifying big time for the last 15 years. Still blows my mind a bit that the neighborhood I used to avoid at all costs is a trendy food/beer young professional neighborhood now.

I find it funny that Alabama residents are ripping Ohio . I have been to BAMA numerous times . Good friend from HS lives in Huntsville so ill start there : aside from the cool space ship school and museum its a hole .My friend has to protect his hay barns from being robbed all the time .Its like Dukes of Hazzard there .
Next: Montgomery -- just a bigger version of Mayberry nothing more.

Next: Mobile- i meen c mon . was voted 10th worst place to live in America .Nuff said

So ,lets stop with the Ohio bashing .BAMA and Ohio are actually pretty similar except for weather and mouths that have all of their teeth
