Oh, and since Mathieu was thrown off the team when he was arrested, he and his 3 buddies (Ex-football players, too) that were arrested are not included in your numbers. Of course, he had failed drug tests on multiple occasions leading up to that, soooo...yes, Miles runs a tight program
Your argument is a complete failure and actually makes a good argument FOR Miles. The guys who were no longer on the team got arrested. So Miles must have seen something he did not like and wasn't gonna accept it anymore. He isn't their daddy and they are no longer his problem once they have been dismissed from the team. Take the blinders off, UGA has plenty of their own arrests with players actually on the team to worry about.

On August 31, 8:00pm, AT&T Stadium, Arlington, TX, Jeremy Hill and LSU Football team roll into town. Hide your underage daughters, wife's, hell Grandma's too.

I really wished somebody would answer my question if a freshman boy came home and said the senior captain cheerleader let him go down on her.
How about the ones who praise high school boys that sleep with teachers?
Clearly a double standard.

Are there any females in College Station? All I ever see on TV is male cheerleaders and guys grabbing their balls (or whatever the hell yall do on the sidelines in that single file line). You have nothing to worry about. Our guys don't have the ghey.

Instead he hid behind his players intentional or not. If Hill gets suspended at all it will be viewed as media pressure
And that's what's retarded.
Les himself said more punishment was coming.

Miles did this to himself. He would have done better to just come out and say I am paid to win football games and this guy gives me the best opportunity to do that. Instead he hid behind his players intentional or not. If Hill gets suspended at all it will be viewed as media pressure. The good guy image is gone. He has been getting ripped to pieces nationally but like I said he brought this on himself. LSU fans are sure to spin this as you see Miles cares more for his players than his perception when truth is people are calling him out because he made a bad decision.
Actually it is people who jump to conclusions based on misinformation, deliberate distortion, and preconceived notions that are the major part of the media and internet pot stirring. The cynicism of some fans and media overcomes any willingness to consider the totality of the circumstances. It isn't Miles who is the problem here. Miles has, as he or any coach should do, handles disciplinary actions in private. He also has the opportunity and responsibility for helping a young man who has made some bad choices to get straightened out. I support that, and would feel the same about any coach. There obviously is a point a which a coach can't do any more, but I don't think the case has been made that the situation is at that point.
The spin is far less from LSU fans on this case and more from those who want to create a narrative that suits their own needs to attack Miles. Hence the exaggeration, spin and distortion of the situation. Bottom line, Miles has done the right thing.

Disagree. For one thing Johnny Cash hasn't missed a game yet and probably won't and Hill is not running around acting like a rock star living a very ostentatious and public lifestyle, but at the same, wondering why he can't get any privacy.
And I don't even like LSU though I respect the team but that juxtaposition in the article is bollocks.

Didn't JFF plead guilty to a bar fight recently?
Posted on 8/9/13 at 11:20 pm to SammyTiger
Bar fights are only bad when its LSU players.

1. Didn't JFF plead guilty to a misdemeanor due to a bar fight?
2. College football is like an apprenticeship. THey make money for the school sure, but they also get free training, and a chance to showcase their skills and continue to grow for the professional league they can't enter out of high school

I love how you redefine that issue with a clear objective. She was 14 he was 18. Reverse the roles which is still not a fair comparison as a 14 yr old boy while not capable of making a mature consenting opinion could at least be seen as having the strength to refuse. No one is saying Hill forced her but fact is he was an 18 yr old man and she is a 14 yr old girl. I don't care if he plays football or not but he got off easy. Ecause of who he is and who he plays football for. If any player for any other team in this conference who was 18 ,it doesn't have to be Alabama, had met a girl at 14 yrs old and had sex with her LSU fans would demonize him and call for his head and he would also be in jail. This guy gets a chance that other coaches not just Saban and miles offered him and he repays that by assaulting a drunk guy at a bar in a fight that he was not involved in and LSU fans defend him.

Was JFF on probation for statutory rape? And quit redefining the assault. He was not in a fight. He assaulted a guy who was fighting with someone else and drunk wasn't man enough to face him. He snuck him from Behind. Period
