The team is loaded with athletes, and they can run and drive the rim.

Who is the shooter?

They will see a crap ton of zones until somebody makes some jump shots.

Black is the real deal.

Brazile was our big man who could shoot.

NSJ is a good all around scorer. Hopefully we get him back in Feb

Just have to try to claw out some wins until then. We lost the 2 most important pieces to the team

Would be nice if they could at least hit free throws.

It's a long season. Hogs will either figure it out or they won't. They have the potential for a deep run.

Pinion can shoot well, but he was well guarded the other night and was abused at times on defense.

I knew Auburn would shoot lights out in that game and we just couldn’t overcome it. Free throws killed us, worst free throw shooting I’ve seen under Muss.

That was a tough environment for this team and your team responded well.

Life on the road in the SEC can be brutal…..

We have issues shooting as well.

Alabama and Tennessee only play once during conference play?

Those teams look complete so far.

Brazile and Nick Smith were pre injury. They were the zone busters. Hoping pinion can do it.

Will they come back to play or are they sort of just waiting for the draft?

Arkansas shooters were actually way wilder and more deadly back in the 80 and early 90ss.They were riding around shooting up houses in Little Rock with actual Uzis and Kalashnikovs. shite was NUTS!

They'll have their chance against Bama.. we are strictly Man.. we switch amazingly but we hadn't seen anyone like Black. Being on the road I'm sure they'll draw lots of calls and get 20+ ft attempts..

Bama is just as athletic, but they're also deeper and shoot better.

Watching against Uburn.. I couldn't tell what the hogs were trying to do offensively.. will be a fast paced game.

Really good observation. It’s nice seeing other fans other than Kentucky and Ark who know basketball.

Our two injured guys hurt us more than we realized. The last two years, we had bad shooting teams, but Miss somehow got things figured for an Elite 8 run. Bama looks good, but if Arkansas can shoot average, we can beat most teams. The last two games, we have shot under 15% from 3, under 30 from 2, and around 50% at the line. I’d we shoot 30%, 40%, and 75%, we can do some damage. That’s a big if without Smith and Brazil’s though.

Should be a good game Wednesday night.

Brazile is out for the season with an ACL. It's unclear on Nick Smith but rumblings of a February return have been going on

I mean, Brazile can hit some shots but let’s not act like the kid was automatic. Definitely a decent pick and pop guy that shot a decent percentage when open.

I love Brazile but I’m not sure you can rely on him being the “shooter” of the team.

He was shooting 38% from 3 pre injury which was one of the best on the team

37 percent from3. He and Smith being on the floor at the same time kept the other teams defense honest which opened up the inside lane area

Arkansas is a clone of some of Cals early teams. Super athletic but shooting is a weakness. Early struggles will drive you crazy but they’ll get on track by the end of the season, make a deep run and lose because of a tough shooting night imo
