"OMG, Tyler, look at that beautiful sunset," said Knile, as he stood in the Ace Formation, awaiting the snap.

"I know," said Tyler. "I'm almost in tears from it, " he exclaimed, just as his hands slid underneath the sweaty arse of the center.

How poetic.

There is talk of doing the exact same to The Pit where the tailgating is on top and it levels out, geography wise, to the road in order to walk on top and park underneath.

I thought this was going to happen for sure? With tailgating on the grass above

Artificial turf on all fields?? I feel bad for those players in the summer time. I've had shoes melt on it before it gets so hot

Im sure it will be cool when its all finished. The parking under the field seems kinda stupid to me.

It's called maximizing your resources and space. How in the world can anyone call that stupid unless you are……, well, never mind.

The west field will be natural grass while the east will be artificial. There is only parking under the artifical field.

That can't be topped. The only way it could have been topped is if you would have worked in a Harley Davidson - good one!

I think it's a fantastic idea. The players are above the roads and will look directly into the big hills to the south and stadium to the north.

It took me a while to understand the discussion about the parking garage and the field. I agree that, given the terrain of the area, the field-on-garage idea maximizes the use of the property. Otherwise the university would have to buy more property for either parking or a field (which takes it off the tax rolls). It also looks nice.
