Pig Heaven is outdoor club seating on the bottom 4 rows of the east and west upper decks. For big games, that's where I normally sit. To me, it's the best view in the stadium and comfortable with chair back seating.

I dont like the parking lot surrounding it. You need to make a stadium have almost a park or a piazza around it. Bryant Denny, Ben Hill Griffin both have that. Any others? UGA I think sort of has that

The problem with that idea, for us, is that our stadium is right in the middle of campus. We need the parking for everyday stuff, like students' cars.

The bigger problem is the topography of campus. That area of parking is sort of a bowl anyway. We don't have a big flat, open area on the campus-proper. The only option for removing that parking would be to garage it underground and that will not be happening for another decade, if ever.

We are a very crowded campus to be honest. We just don't have the room to fit all of that in our limited footprint.
On the plus side there are a ton of University owned parking areas across the city linked by the free public transit.

I really like it. Not bowling it in gives some uniqueness, and blends it better with surrounding landscape. I hope our south endzone project will be something similar. I like this much better than bowling it in just to complete a circle. This is fresh.

Just pointing out that it isn't as simple as it is on most SEC campuses, to say "hey lets make this flat open area here a plaza, and put a parking lot on that other flat open area down there instead".
We don't have that option. The campus is on steep hills.

If only LSU did its renovations right instead of Frankenstein stadium.

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium will soon be changing to better meet the needs of Razorback fans. On Thursday, the University of Arkansas Board of Trustees approved a $160 million stadium renovation and north end zone addition that will further enhance the Home of the Razorbacks for the benefit of all fans.
The project will be funded entirely by athletic revenues, gifts and bond proceeds from a future bond issue. Bonds will be amortized using athletic revenues generated from the stadium. No university funds, state funds or student fees will be required to complete this project.
“We are pleased to be moving forward with this important project that will improve the game day experience for all Razorback fans visiting Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium,” Vice Chancellor and Director of Athletics Jeff Long said. “We appreciate the due diligence shown by the Board of Trustees in this process and are appreciative of their support. Every fan that attends a game will benefit from the enhancements throughout the stadium, including renovations to existing areas, the addition of public elevators and a north concourse to allow fans to move more freely within the stadium and a south video board.
“The project has never been intended to dramatically increase the capacity of the stadium by simply adding more seats. It is designed to enhance the game day experience for every fan as well as meet the demonstrated demand for suite and club areas that currently are at more than 98 percent occupancy. These additions will not only allow fans more game day options, but will open opportunities for new fans at varying price levels, including reduced price tickets in the upper level.”
The project scope includes:
North end zone: The north addition will include new suites, loge boxes, club seats, and club areas. The east and west concourses will connect to allow the flow of patrons around the stadium, as well as provide new concessions and restrooms. Additional and expanded entrances will improve patron flow. A new game day locker room, training room, and pre/post game support rooms will be added for the football team.
Stadium updates: New elevators will be installed at the northeast and northwest corners to service the existing east and west suites, club areas, and upper level seating. Existing suites and club areas will be renovated and updated. A new video board will be added at the south end of the stadium. Security and safety systems will be enhanced.
Frank Broyles Athletic Center: The Broyles Center will be affected by the larger north end zone project, and will be rebuilt in the new north end. The Broyles Center will still house the administrative offices, along with space that can be used for ticketing, merchandise, and Razorback history and traditions.

Looks great. Extra 5k seats will raise the sound.

Which is?
Pig Heaven is the first few rows of the upper deck which are chairback and don't require as much of a donation level. They are probably the best vantage point to view the game as well.
