We don't have that option. The campus is on steep hills.

Well... to be honest... we could do that. We'd have to spend a paltry billion or two to level some nearby mountains... but it could happen.

Very nice and a classy traditional stadium look, but be wary joining LSU and others with this whole SRO-terrace stuff..I have a feeling the Jerryworld terrace fad will die out one day.

Overall, Arky, as with Baum vs Box, now Reynolds redux vs Tigerstadium redux..has the better interior decorator and and architect..or at least deeper Walton/Tyson dinero to spend.

Meh...LSU has nice football and baseball facilities. It does seem like the builders/architects were rushing for some hot date and finished it real quick.

I'd really like to see Alex Box become closed in, or at least do something about the exposed beams.

I would imagine the Baum Stadium renovation will follow this one. This entire 500-600 million athletic facility overhaul we have been doing is going according to the original plans from a few years ago. So it seems, Baum will be next.

To give a perspective on the parking situation. In the picture shown here, the elevation difference between the hillside these people are standing on and the playing surface is probably around 200 ft. As you approach the stadium from the east side (NE corner shown here) on campus, you are actually at an elevation higher than the upper deck level. It's steep as frick on campus. The only flat area is to the south toward Baum.

I like it a lot. One thing I worry about is the sound escaping out of the NE corner where the sliver is. I kinda like the idea of keeping that as it is, but with a glass wall instead of open air. You'd still get the view, but I'd imagine you'd have more sound bouncing back onto the field.

Good to see that Arkansas isn't broke like OU and other schools I won't mention

LSU isn't broke, we are getting robbed. There is a difference, but hopefully after november the legislature will no longer control our budget so that won't be a problem anymore.

Then y'all should grade all that area in to winding steps and stuff and have hills of tents for tailgating. Would look awesome.

It would be nice to get within 10,000 of filling the place up. Let's add on to a stadium we don't fill now. Seems logical

Looks really impressive, but wish it was a covered dome. Every game I have been to in Fayettville I have froze my arse off.

It does seem like every home game we've had in October or November the past two seasons has either been in a downpour or freezing temperatures. Not a lot of fun from a weather standpoint.
