Pittman is way overpaid already. He’s 19-17 and thinks he should be making $8 million a year.

The most recent gus dick riding I've seen was from Pittman. When he hired Gus's DC but made sure Gus was ok first....

It’s true, just look at him on the sidelines. He does nothing but stand there, no input on anything. Still riding KJ who he didn’t even recruit.

So I saw something about this on a Locked on Arkansas or one of the YouTube pod casts. I was trying to figure out what was going on at Arkansas with the coaches/transfers. Well the nugget I remember was the guy saying when Pittman interviewed, he said something along the lines of “money is important” and that the Arkansas administration took that literally when giving him his $5M, very low end for an SEC head coach. And that Pittman might start feel some type of way with the penny pinching. I didn’t post or ask bc I didn’t want to come off as a troll.

But is there truth to that? That the Arkansas brass are still trying to get a bargain vs paying market?

Do you see Arkansas as a powerhouse? I don't. Why? One is the State population is too small and with that it doesn't bring in much of a market value as Missouri does. On the long run Arkansas will more likely fall behind and be left out of the so call top of the SEC in the near future.

Very tough (not impossible) situation for football.

Enjoy being at the top of basketball (as long as you take care of the current coach) and baseball.

Hunter won't put up with it for much longer, and he will bail to another program, probably another SEC program

I mean we did just hire his son Ryan as an analyst and Hunter did live in SC for quite a long time while at CC. We're also likely gonna be needing an AD soon. Dibs.

No, they're not trying to get bargains and penny pinch

they're trying to insult him and the staff, and even Hunter if need be, and run them off

I disagree with you unless you show me the proof.
