Arkansas boosters/PTBs are intentionally sabotaging Pittboss and AD Hunter Yurachek

Arkansas shaving 10% off salary pool
This began with Briles being intentionally insulted with an offer $150K less than Miss State was offering. Writing was on the wall at that point. He knew he had to get out. He'd already made $600K less than the DC, and he put out the 15th ranked offense in the country, only to be insulted intentionally by the egomaniac booster base.
Hunter won't put up with it for much longer, and he will bail to another program, probably another SEC program
Pittboss is a knight or a bishop in the grand scheme, and all the assistant coaches are pawns. Pittboss will retire comfortably and know that he had to fight against egomaniac boosters/BOT to do his job properly.
Some idiots from the Arkansas board here, Hogville Lite, will come in saying it's Pittboss' fault. They will literally try to blame Pittboss for lower assistant salaries, when anyone knows he wants as much for his guys as he can get.
The egomaniacs will want Pittboss gone by November of this year.
My educated guess; they want narcissist sociopath Gus Malzahn as head coach, if not AD, and then everyone knows who he would hire after he gets tired of coaching

I was trying to figure out what was going on at Arkansas with the coaches/transfers. Well the nugget I remember was the guy saying when Pittman interviewed, he said something along the lines of “money is important” and that the Arkansas administration took that literally when giving him his $5M, very low end for an SEC head coach. And that Pittman might start feel some type of way with the penny pinching. I didn’t post or ask bc I didn’t want to come off as a troll.
But is there truth to that? That the Arkansas brass are still trying to get a bargain vs paying market?

Our AD prides himself on not getting into bad contracts. I think is more about guarantees and buyouts rather than paying for production.
I really think Pittman and briles have a difference of philosophy. I think Pittman wants an offense like uga. You can see it in the type of offensive lineman we recruit as well as emphasis on TE recruiting.
Briles is trying to replicate his father’s baylor teams but he’s not quite on that level. That’s why he’s still an offensive coordinator.
Briles was the perfect fit for the roster we had when Pittman took over, but now Pittman has a roster capable of ball control and play action.

Hard to give him more than a C for his 3rd season. Good players are jumping ship with way too much frequency and the vibe around the old hog pen feels like maybe he has peaked as the great motivator.
But among SEC coaches that still have a job, I think Drink over Mizzou way deserves even a lower D, and it's still hard to understand what they were basing that last in-season raise on.
