Vitello was calm until he was thrown out.

So Vitello is the Bryson DeChambeau of college football?

When Dollander went down he was screaming in pain. Apparently, Frank Anderson thought the Alabama dugout was laughing at him. That’s why Anderson came out the way he did. 3rd base umpire injected himself and Anderson told him off.
So the pitching coach was more concerned with the Bama laughing than his obviously injured pitcher?

The trainer was already there

It's hilarious people keep saying Frank went straight to the 3rd base ump. He had no desire to talk to that shithead.

From that video I can’t see what the coaches were mad about. Did they think the batter intentionally hit the pitcher? That would be stupid. One thing is for sure, no explanation will be offered by this group.
It looks like tony got what he wanted.

For the record, I think Vitello is an outstanding coach. He's a braggadocios dude, but a good coach nonetheless.
Absolutely agree with this.

Well to be fair that same ump that was being called a pussy wasn’t wrong. It just so happens that same ump from last year was same ump that tossed Tony V and Anderson. It is documented they have history. I do agree with you a ref is off limits when it comes to physical contact. I think 4 games is more than enough considering it’s 1st offense. But go back and watch the Video of this ump tossing Anderson. Anderson was talking to another ump and everything was cool. Then this ump walks up and taps the ref on the elbow to move it along only to take his spot and throw out Anderson. Not saying the ref was looking for it, but why take the place if a current umpire only to throw out 2 coaches when the other umpire was handling himself just fine. And of all things Anderson wasn’t even talking to the ump that ejected him when he was ejected.

Baseball Gods were starting to work their magic against the Vols last week. It’s only just beginning. Rest of the season will be very entertaining.
