Where you slow cook something in water- it’s marinated and shrink wrapped or just a zip lock allowing no water of course or air to it so temperate is totally controlled. After it cooked to temp then it was seared in oven for a few to get the crust on the outside

Well it'll be interesting to see how Muss responds at halftime. We missed so many opportunities there to get the lead back.
