No it took about a month to get there. I’m still not there (obviously). And being new to the board doesn’t mean I’m an alter. I’ve posted elsewhere much longer before I found the rant.

Regardless, I’m ready for Chad Morris aka Houston Nutt 2.0 and his used car salesman attitude to move on

I’m seeing a pretty weak schedule, 8-9 returning starters on both sides of the ball. Yes, the Oline play has been awful, but I believe the change in style will help. I also see some pretty solid RBs, WR, TE. Maybe not elite but good enough for a bowl game. Also, I feel the defense has nowhere to go but up with upperclassmen and a veteran SEC D Co. Anything less than 6 wins with schedule and current roster is a huge failure.

As for QB play, I believe it will be serviceable.

There will need to be massive improvement for this to be true. I don't think we have a bad team all the way around, but we are awful in arguably the most important position on the field. That will keep us from winning games we could otherwise win. That said, I think Morris was a great hire and just needs to get his guys. Same approach as Petrino. It's gonna suck this year, but improvement will be rapid.
