One constant I've noticed throughout the curse is that during those games the team with Watkins on its sideline inexplicably fails in at least one critical aspect of its gameplan, either getting blown out (2005, 2007, 2009, 2011 Tournament, 2013), blowing a large lead late, (2006, 2010) or squandering multiple opportunities to put the game away late. (2008, 2011)

Don't get me wrong, he's a VERY good recruiter...but he's a HORRIBLE coach. The stink of his final season at A&M, combined with him sticking his foot in his mouth afterwards, has yet to leave him.

I hate to say it, but I'm a believer in the curse. There was no reason at all Mizzou should have lost to A&M in some of those games. None. For some of them were clearly the better team. But we'd play them and not be able to shoot the ball for anything. Couldn't make a free throw, or hit a 3-pt shot to save our lives. It was horrible.
At first I thought it was silly, but the longer it goes on? Yeah. He's cursed.

I would say nice win to you Aggies if I could, but Arkysaw sucks. I would like to see yall build back into a Top 25 team like you were a couple years ago.

So our ending your 33-game home win streak in 2010 didn't convince you...nor did the 2011 overtime game...or the fact that Haith skullfricked Kennedy last year with Melvin gone?
