lol, Texas is somehow relevant in any SEC discussion. Not.

in any event, to address your little point, the real question as to the above is whether TEXAS made the right move. Last offseason, everyone was saying it was all Mark Adams and his defense and recruiting that was the real force behind Tech’s success.

Last season certainly bore that out with his amazing recruiting and coaching. We’ll see.

The importance of college baseball begins in June. What you do early in the year is largely irrelevant.

I’m not even saying y’all choked. Notre Dame kicked arse Friday and slowly wore you down Sunday. They were better. They are better. Thus, you can watch them in Omaha. Congratulations on your regular season and SEC tournament though. Something I’m sure you’ll be quite fond of.

Are you too stupid to realize that your pitching coach getting tossed is a symptom of the cancer TV spreads within his program?

Everyone on your team, coaches and players included, act like spoiled brats and throw a fit every time something doesn't go their way. Your HC missed games, your pitching coach missed games, you had players missing games...all because they are overgrown babies who have no idea how to act like men. Until/unless that changes, you have already seen the pinnacle of success for TN baseball under TV. They will never win on the big stage while acting like clowns.

We stomped them in 12 to 4 like we usually do regular season style.

I am telling you now, it was one bad decision to keep a tired Burns out there that costed us that series.

Tennessee is 100 percent a better team than ND.

We are much deeper and more talented. Numbers don't lie and you are full of shite.

Your team sucks and got their shite pushed in all year long. That must really sting for such a "blueblood" baseball school huh?

At least Arky actually made it to the post season in BB and baseball. You LSU fans are on a whole new level of pathetic.

Makes sense an Ole Miss fan would hope for this after our series with you guys.

And yet one team is in Omaha and the other is not. Pain.

I honestly believe Vitello will learn a lot from this year and come back stronger than ever next year.

Wanna ban bet next offseason he doesn't make it to Omaha next year?

The ONLY reason we lost that game is our pitching coach not being out there to pull Burns before the 7th inning started. Vitello made a bad call there.

Burns is still just a freshman and asking him to pitch the entire game when we got rested aces in the pen was a rookie coaching mistake.

Otherwise we win that game 3-2 worst case scenario and come back stronger than ever for Omaha.

So actually with that being said Gilbert costed us big big time in that second game. But our pitching coach needs to control his temper and emotions. I seriously doubt he puts Burns out there in the 7th though when we got elite fresh arms in the pen.

ND beat us by pitching by committee and using fresh arms. We asked a tru freshman to do it by himself. Dumb coaching decision period and our third baseman's errors made it even worse.

You are who we thought you are, a extremely talented team that thought more about showboating than winning. You play in a crackerbox so your home run numbers are inflated and in the supers they hit homeruns too. Then your players are so intelligent they hit homers and celebrate by putting a fur pimp coat on in the freaking summer. Vitello will probably stay, all these things seem to fit him very well.

Unless the upcoming MLB draft absolutely rapes us, i am 100 percent confident we will make Omaha next year. Bet accepted.

Not that it’s a huge accomplishment but check your notes Tony… it’s ok just admit that Baseball is a sport that doesn’t look to fondly on the talented circus you put on the field and it all came full circle at the hands of the boys from Our Lady!

Jarrett is clearly the better coach (and way less of a douche), not sure why’d they want Vitello

Or are they going to wait on Link Jarrett?

It wouldn't surprise me, just knowing what a bunch of idiots there are running that asylum, but Vitello is probably too smart to leave what he has. These coaches have some pretty big egos though, so you never know.

Are you hearing this somewhere or just speculating?
