Just saw Bama hasn’t signed one player in the top 16 of their own state and has mostly 3 stars signed so far and there are not many big names they lead for left . ? I know OU went thru a recruiting gap the second year Brent was there they stopped recruiting players that had been recruited for 2 years and it led to us finishing barely inside top15 for one year . It can be hard for new staffs to manage relationships when other schools have 2-3 years invested

I don't know. I don't stalk their boards like they do ours.

Husky Harsin is feeling the effects of Saban abandoning his recruiting effort. Something about "Deboer has to learn how to sink or swim on his own."

No. Everyone knows that Alabama will have a small class this season which by nature hurts recruiting rankings.

It is very comical to see the change in attitudes. When Alabama had top 3 recruiting classes every season ranters were lined up around the block to argue that recruiting rankings don’t really matter.

Now that Alabama is going to have a class that ranks outside the top 10 those same people are lined up around the block to argue that recruiting rankings are critical and Alabama is screwed.

To me the biggest question is, does Tony Vitello regret leaving Tennessee yet? He's getting his a$$ spanked in MLB.

Oh man, was it that year y'all went 5–7, or 6–7?

Before the most recent 5–7 and 6–7, I mean.

Or was it that other 5–7.

The biggest question is how many hand fulls of times are you going to kick the pup this season.

I guess I would be worried if KDB's first 2 recruiting classes at Alabama weren't Top 5 classes. If one just goes off star ratings I could see where some would be disappointed with this class but I have faith that both DeBoer & Courtney Morgan know what they're doing.

Drinking is the only way most Auburn fans have managed to cope with the last five years of futility.

Reminds me of Bryant so miserable in Tuscaloosa he drank himself to death.

Now try this on for size:

The accomplice brought the murder weapon to the murderer of the single mom at 2 in the morning, but he cannot be guilty of aiding a murderer

I haven’t seen folks say this as much as them saying players committed to Bama tend to have inflated ratings. Both are equally silly imo

We purposely signed a small class and are going to spend money on retention vs freshman this year. We are #1 for 28 already
