Save the post.
Suddenly everybody thinks they’re Ohio State

Work out, better form, better release , leg placement. All contribute to arm strength. All fixable. Have you played a sport before?
Not nearly as easy as the sentence you just put down. If it was that easy what is stopping anyone from having a cannon of an arm?

It was shown at the elite 11 camp.
Wait, oh yeah, he did not attend. I wonder why?

Sad part, Texas easily wins that game with most of the other SEC starting QBs.

He made some deep throws last year in his 2 starts. One post-game article said that OSU was taking away the deep ball threat.
Anyway it's fairly well documented that he has a good deep ball, but he also lacked a touch (threw 95 mph to a receiver 10 years away).
And I'd never seen the side arm before but actually noticed it when they were showing him in pregame warmups. Worse than this though his feet just never seemed to be set. So some poor mechanics all around, which likely is due to having the yips.

Some Texas fans are wondering if Arch was hurt and they kept it secret.
I wondered this too (altho I'm as far from being a TX fan as I could be). I noticed on numerous sideline shots during warmups and during the game that Arch seemed to be rotating is shoulder and reaching upward like he was testing it out as if it was injured.

Saw this as well; someone on one of the Texas boards posted that he was doing this last year as well. So maybe just a thing he does or whatever.

To all Arch fans that believe he has elite arm strength; I learned long ago we only see and believe what we WANT to see.

Could have been stage fright. He looked uncomfortable like this when he came in for a short time against GA last year also.

His performance last year was anomalous and this is who Arch really is.
Why would you use his performance from last year as a measure of what he could be against good teams when he only played against awful competition last year. He played against UTSA, Miss State, and ULM. Having good games against that competition doesn't mean anything. I personally think Arch will develop and become a solid SEC starter.

If you want to talk about Arch's mechanics, throws or reads, I encourage you to educate yourself first.

His coach has failed him just he failed Quinn. Of course, fans are going to blame arch and not the guy responsible for coaching him, just like they did Quinn.
If the Mannings care at all about his future, they need to get him the hell away from Sark.

Manning settled down and torched an elite Ohio State defense for a record setting 120+ yards in the forth quarter.
Appears your were too drunk in the 4th to witness the #1 Heisman candidate beat down a top Ohio State defense.
Sadly Texas lost by one score to the now #1 team in America.
and once again lost to a good team because Sark is an atrocious play caller and qb coach. We are in for a long period of "close but no cigar" thanks to this play calling fraud

Arch is not, nor was he ever, a "generational talent".
He was hyped up by Manning fanbois in the media and the recruiting industry.
See the fraud?

There is nothing to worry about. Sarkisian turned the highest rated recruit in Texas HSFB history into a fifth round draft pick. I’m sure he can do the same for Arch

Why did he suck arse for the first three?
