Dang. What is the back story there? NIL funds running low or something else?
He is a great kid who made some nice plays and also had a lot of important drops. Even without Cam Coleman, he was likely about to be passed over.

I was just told that he wanted $$$ that Texas wasn't willing to pay him. That seems to make more sense as to why he's leaving.
I also think he's going to end up at Indiana where he will blossom under really good coaching that he didn't get here.

I’m going to be interested to see what this Texas roster looks here in the coming weeks.
Two starting running backs leaving, two starting receivers leaving, two lineman who played, starting linebacker.
I know the message is they are going all in for major upgrades in all these areas…they better be landing studs.

Wisner is visiting A&M and Parker OU. That will be really weird

He’d probably crush it under Cignetti…

We have no room on the payroll for Alan Jagson.

But didn't Arch give up some NIL to keep his teammates?
Apparently not enough

This NIL and transfer portal crap has got to stop. The game we all once loved has been destroyed.

You can tell that young man bleeds burnt orange.
I hate what this game is becoming.
I hope he lands somewhere good and tears it up.

Yup. The race baiters and do-gooders wanted this because they knew it would destroy the game. Yet, they'll be conspicuously silent when it all comes crashing down.

Oh my God! So coaches and teams want to build the best possible 80-man roster as possible and win as many games as possible because their jobs depend on it, so they tell scrub players to look elsewhere!?!!!? I had no idea!!!!!!!
Man up, bro. If you weren’t a scrub, they wouldn’t ask you to leave.

He had a $ amount he felt he was worth. The University of Texas had a different $ amount they felt he was worth.
Craptastic deal for all involved and this is why college football is pissing me off.

So Texas kicked Parker Livingstone to the curb to convince Cam Coleman to pick them.
Here's his farewell to UT.
"Never in a million years did I think I would be going into the portal looking for a new home. Some things are out of my control. Such is the reality of the ever-changing landscape of college football. Emptied my tank every day for this great university, my teammates, & all of the good folks of Texas. Grateful."
Doesn't sound like someone who wanted to leave.
Way to take care of your own, Sark.
