Lol that fat kid running after him. Yeah he’s not SEC, smart move to go with Texas. That’s if he ever plays.

He over rated. Only his name

I’ve been trying to tell the Sips on this board this shite since he committed. My nephew plays on the Holy Cross team that dismantled him in their preseason game this year. HC harassed him all day. He’s used to being able to run over the 170lb defensive ends he plays against.
I grew up during the same time Peyton and Eli came through Newman. They looked like NFL QB’s in high school. Arch is a good kid. My nephew has been in football camps with him for 3 years. He just doesn’t ooze #1 QB when you see him live.

Arch is good but he's not great. He's not the #1 QB in the class, and he's rated as high as he is because of his name.

Guess he'll fit right in at Texas

So you're saying he sucks? Thanks for the confirmation.

Is everybody still not acknowledging that he's the most overrated recruit in the history of recruiting and looks borderline imbred? How much more Deliverance do the Mannings have to be before somebody says wait

“Arch really played well. He got the ball out vertically, we just couldn’t win some of those one-on-one matches,” Stewart said. “He was the reason we were in the game. But Tackett was awesome. I really believe that. He’s usually unaccounted for, which makes it tough.

Manning is probably overrated. Nobody would have heard of him if it wasn't for his last name. But Sarkisian might turn him into a superstar. Best offensive mind in college football IMO.

I'd go with a handful other than Sarkisian, namely Ryan Day.

I haven't watched Ohio State enough to make a fair comparison. But I remember Sarkisian at Alabama was the best I've ever seen. Even better than Lane. Man I miss those days.

I honestly get the frustration with this kid's ranking and we all know why he is ranked so high. He is a solid 4 star prospect that plays on a very average 2A team that usually has a couple of D1 kids every couple of years. Many is one of the better teams in all classes of football in the entire state. By no means am I sticking up for the kid or his team but I was actually shocked they kept the score close

He doesn’t look inbred to me. They said the same thing about Case McCoy. Isn’t he the one who was the Texas QB that beat aggy on their home field on their way here to the SEC to continue their losing ways as they ran away from Texas?

I think the main thing with Arch is going to be if he's mentally tough. The expectations for him are super high because of his name. Will he be able to succeed with all that pressure or will he wilt. Spencer Rattler was great until he became a Heisman trophy candidate and since then he's looked really bad. Some guys just kind of fall apart when the expectations are high.

You would think a 5 star qb best player in the country could beat a 2A school.
Wait. They only play 1 man football in Louisiana? I thought there was 11 players on the field for each team?
Manning probably isn't the best player in the class and is probably not even the best QB in the class. But he will be a very good QB with some development. He didn't rank himself #1 in the country. Recruiting services did.
