Pretty sure it's Arch's year but what about Ewers?

Quinn already said he isn't playing college football next year.

It’s a good question. What about Ewers?
We already see a similar situation with Carson Beck. A promising, reasonably hyped up title run that ended poorly.
A fan base that was maybe justifiably ready to move on.
But much like Beck, how do you take that last game into the NFL draft? I know Beck was injured, but Ewers ego was vaporized on his last college snap. Unless it isn’t?
If I’m Ewers, I run it back with another program, get that money and try not to fumble a game sealing scoop and score on my last play before declaring.
Then again, this is a trash QB class and the NFL teams in need are all getting place holder type QBs and nothing generationally good. There are no Burrows or Daniels or Bryce Youngs.
If Sanders and Milroe are the biggest threat on draft day, maybe he should go.
If not, Notte Dame is a nice 2nd chance opportunity. If the offer holds.

The line got abused most of the night. Won’t change the narrative about Ewers though, will it? Or even what Ewers thinks of himself.

I guess last night was the 1st time I watched a complete Texas football game. Ewers looks like an overhyped over rated college QB.

ESPN put out a notification last night answering this.

What is Ewers' draft projection?
I know its a weak QB class, but I wonder if he may get get a better NIL deal from another University.

For me the only surprise was Howard was intercepted before Ewers.
I suppose that comes from seeing Oklahoma picking off QE both times the Sooners faced him.

He’s a late second to early third I believe. He’ll move into the first after his pro day. He looks extremely good throwing on air.

I've been watching CFB for a fair amount of time and I've seen QB's who I thought were not great (not to mention their team didn't even sniff the playoffs) yet they get drafted pretty high and go on to have long NFL careers.
Some NFL GM is going to take a chance on Quinn, he isn't transferring or staying at Texas.

If the alternative Jalen Milroe, then you are probably right
