It is based on LSU having one of the top talented rosters. That is it.

But… why is Bama ranked in the top 15? They got boat raced by Florida State and beat two shite teams at home.

We lost to the #7 team on the road and we beat a P4 team with a winning record. The other team is at least .500.
But why does it matter whether we are 14 or 20? Not currently in a playoff position and play 7 teams currently ranked this week before the end of the season.
