Hard to believe there's not an Oklahoma Sooner on that list. Lee Roy Selmon comes to mind.

Keith Jackson (TE)
Lee Roy Selmon (DT)
Brian Bosworth (LB)

Didn't Ronnie Lott play corner in college?
I think he actually played safety primarily in college and got moved to CB to start his NFL career and then moved back to safety.

OT: Bill Fralic, Pitt
A few interesting tidbits about this guy:
quote:
In 1986, Fralic was one of six football players in the twenty-man battle royal at WrestleMania 2, in which Andre the Giant was the victor.
A 1989 action figure of Fralic is a 'Holy Grail' for some collectors.
At the end of his NFL career, Fralic was one of the first players to take advantage of the new free agent system and almost doubled his pay (to $1.6 million) for the 1993 season.
Fralic had an unusual provision in his first contract with the Falcons that guaranteed that the team would pay him $150,000 per year for 40 years, even after he was no longer with the Falcons and his playing career was over. This provision came about because Fralic's father, Bill Fralic Sr., insisted that his son have security in his contract.

I think White had an absolute no question better NFL career, but Suh was amazing in college.Tough for sure.

I mean Suh played for 13 years, went to three Super Bowls, and was named to the All-Decade Team.
For any other comparable not named Reggie White, that's still pretty damn impressive, even though I personally don't really care for the guy.

I know you are a gator fan, but Tim Tebow?

Yeah. That’s the one to be replaced.
Spielman had 42 less tackles than Butkus and Thomas combined for in college
As others have said, there are 30 other linebackers you could put on this list and people would complain. It's as good a list as any

I would've had Randy Moss and either Charles Rodgers (MSU) or Peter Warrick @ WR.

Reggie played before they officially recorded sacks. They've gone back and calculated him having 32 sacks in 46 games or 0.69 sacks per game in college. Reggie had 293 total tackles (6.37 per game) and 201 solo tackles (4.37 per game).
Ndamukong Suh had 24 sacks in 54 games or 0.44 sacks per game in college. Suh also had 215 total tackles (3.98 per game) and 125 solo tackles (2.31 per game).
The main difference...Suh played in an era where he was on TV a lot...Reggie did not.
ETA...I forgot that Larry Marmie ran a 5-2 defense at UT in the early 80s. Reggie White was a Defensive End...Ndamukong Suh was a Defensive Tackle.

There’s too much NFL bias on this list. There’s some multiple year unanimous and/or consensus all Americans who should be first team over others

Don Hutson played offensive end, now known as WR.
The other WR in that team was Bear Bryant
