Anyone who doesn't think Landon Collins starts for 2012 Tide?

I know Saban runs complex defensive schemes and is not a huge fan of FR defensive backs. I still don't see any way that Landon Collins is not starting by the time Bama faces LSU next fall. I love Vinnie Sunseri but he cannot overcome Landon Collins' athleticism. Bama has never had a safety who could run a sub 4.4 forty.

If Lester comes back, is he going to start over him and Hesean Clinton-Dix? I don't see it.

he will get at least as much time as TM7 did for lsu last year, ie start at the nickle.

Hasn't Nick recruited 3 or 4 big time guys in the last few years to play safety?

How will a true freshman break into the rotation all the other 4 and 5 stars already on the team?

I like Mettenberger/Randle's chances against a true freshman safety.

He MIGHT start if Lester doesn't come back, but even then, he probably won't early in the season.

He'll definitely get some good playing time. But Lester or HaHa will probably start.

Yeah, all that SEC level experience will prove to be the difference and Mett will dominate. (rolls eyes).
