Now I can’t stand the Maytag brigade anymore than the rest of us, but as an oil trader myself, gotta say the Tejas oil patch is a bad arse place.
We’d all be right at home with roughnecks drinking Lone Star, or wildcatters shooting hogs off their property, or folks fishing the Texas bays for trout and redfish.
It’s all about getting outside and enjoying God’s green earth all 4 seasons. That’s what the Northerers are missing. Texas and her oil men have that in spades.
