Got the first fire of the year going and drinking a bottle of merlot with the wife.

Left a bowl of candy out while we walked the neighborhood. Pretty sure one kid hit the mother lode

My son was over it by 5:45 and was asleep by 7:30. We got about seven trick or treaters. Now the wife and I are having a beer and watching Halloween.

My daughter and I stayed in. Too cold. I’m letting her hand the candy out. Turnout has been low.

This is the first year that I haven't had to trick or treat. The 14 year old is manning the bucket with friends while playing music.
