could be... most of those high rated players were legacies or had ties to us already... still would not surprise me but you are absurdly ignorant if you think adidas is the only company involved in the basketball arena.

In fairness to anonymous message board posters, half the responses on the Spirit are OM fans claiming to not believe the rumor Some people can only eat shite for so long, it seems, before saying "enough is enough"

See if you can tell the difference in these 2 statements. And don't go all rebel and claim that I'm saying LL was not paid by MSU.

Well wasn't it in the OP he admitted he got offered money? ** Etd ** (not in OP, but made point of two posts later.)

And I used "strongly believe" instead of the word "assume".

There was nothing wrong with how I addressed the OP.

Yeah, he backed out on his dream school and on "Legendary" (his mom's words) Mike Anderson b/c of family legacy.... riiiiiight. Surely it didnt have ANYTHING to do with all those adidas trips and those "business decisions". Ya'll gonna burn. And it's karmatic af b/c of how shitty ya'll have been to the poor cheating Bear sharks.

Yes. And we want to see where he admitted this. Surely it's documented somewhere

Don't we know this from allegations (yes I know it doesn't mean it happened) and the NCAA summoning Leo?

That gives me strong beliefs something happened. Again why I put "strongly believe" and not "assume".

I never speculated as such. But I can say his close ties to the Adidas and their summer circuit is more of an exception than the norm.

Yes. We can all come to the same conclusions.

But OM fanbois stand by the tale the LL admitted to being paid by MSU. We just want to know when and where he admitted this. Should be easy.

Ole Miss is more likely to get a third NOA on this investigation than State getting a LOI.

The source for LL admitting to receiving money from MSU is apparently from transcripts from LL's statements to the NCAA that have not, yet, been made public:

LINK

Of course, we all have to wait for the transcripts to actually surface publicly.

Don't go full retard here. We can definitely say State has made poor decisions that have put light on the athletic department.

State fans starting to act like OM fans. Deny, deny and deny. Hope, hope and hope.

Some OM fansite reporters are facing court time for having access to documents which weren't supposed to be made public. When will they ever learn?

Leo admitted MSU paid him too. So there’s that

Point of order:

1. The only person who has made that claim was "not a fan" Godfrey.

2. The NCAA said they investigated the claim and cleared MSU.

It would be nonsensical to interject facts into the middle of an Ole Miss narrative, however.

And their motions to sever and transfer were denied last week. So far Miller, Lewis, and Jones have lost all of their motions and attempts to stop this lawsuit from proceeding. It's gonna happen, and it will take place in Lafayette County, MS.

Nothing has happened that wasn't entirely predictable

This is not true. The motion to sever was requested by two of the three parties. One of the three can still ask. Secondly, the judge didn't outright deny the motion. He said he would revisit after discovery.

And now, one of the defendants has filed a counter suit against Rebel Rags. Kinda interesting that the Ole Miss fan boy reporters had access to and reported on what was supposed to be confidential information. Let me grab my popcorn.

Again, I know I shouldn't be interjecting facts into an Ole Miss narrative, but I think it's important to make sure the record is accurate.
