Again, I know I shouldn't be interjecting facts into an Ole Miss narrative, but I think it's important to make sure the record is accurate
One irrefutable fact is that every football recruit in the world knows that OM will sue kids who don't sign with them. May be a factor in their less-than-stellar recruiting so far this cycle?

This is not true. The motion to sever was requested by two of the three parties. One of the three can still ask. Secondly, the judge didn't outright deny the motion. He said he would revisit after discovery.
I was speaking "collectively".
Actually, it was denied. LINK
"This court finds defendants Jones and Lewis have been properly joined under Rule 20(a) as the relief asserted against these defendants arises from the same transaction, occurrence, or same series of transactions or occurrences, and common questions or law or fact to all parties will arise in action," Luther's ruling stated.
quote:
And now, one of the defendants has filed a counter suit against Rebel Rags.
Should I tell you that's not true either, since it was only one of the three defendants? LINK
Miller's complaint is for libel. IANAL, but this will also get tossed out as well.

I love how farmers try to out lawyer Ole Miss!

I love how you cite the Clarion Ledger, your Ole Miss mouthpiece. Luther said he would revisit the ruling after discovery.
As for Lindsey Miller, he has as much of a case as Terry Warren. In fact, moreso.

Saying the Clarion Ledger is a mouthpiece for Ole Miss is akin to saying that Hitler was a Mohel that enjoyed Bar Mitzvahs.

Stop what? Interfering with your narrative?
I still say Warren's case never makes it through discovery. Hell, Ole Miss wants it to go away. Y'all like to say "WAOM" and this is the biggest WAOM moment ever.

Ole miss is the 109th ranked law school in the nation. I'd probably take the farmer.

Leo admitted MSU paid him too. So there’s that.
No he never did.

Did any of the schools in front of Ole Miss take down big tobacco? Besides as those ranking of law schools is just entertainment only. Like a preseason poll on Football it means nothing. Also a huge bias in those rankings. Yankees gonna Yankee.

Well when one school definitely offers and said athlete goes to different school I would strongly believe they paid more. That's just me.
Come on. Everyone knows Leo turned down 10k from OM and 600k+ from LSU to go to state for free.

Well wasn't it in the OP he admitted he got offered money? ** Etd ** (not in OP, but made point of two posts later.)
And I used "strongly believe" instead of the word "assume".
There was nothing wrong with how I addressed the OP.
Yes you’re saying you believed he had to be paid. Maybe. And the State fans are not even denying that possibility. Nor was the poster you responded erroneously to. But he did not admit State paid him at any time. Which is what the posters you erroneously responded to were saying. Is this easier for you to understand now buttercup?

Remind me, is that lawyer still practicing law? Vandy, Alabama, UVA, Duke, and even UGA are at least 70 spots above you. Seems that their only bias is against poorly performing schools. It's ok though, you were able to edge out Drexel University.

80% of the farmers I know support OleMiss
It would be more accurate of you to laugh at doctors trying to out lawyer OM (see UMC enrollment stats )

You mean the one who went to jail?

.
Based on what reason?
Allegations in a court proceeding, such as a complaint are privileged, but providing a copy of a complaint containing defamatory statements before it is filed to a third party, such as a reporter, is not privileged. He seems to have stated a claim that probably will survive a motion to dismiss. It should be interesting to see if the other defendants also counter claim on the same basis.
