Not sure but several SEC programs have won Basketball and Football National Championships since 1980.

Don't follow basketball recruiting much. How did one of the worst power five basketball programs with a fan base who cares nothing for basketball land the top overall commit? He grow up a dawg fan or obvious pay to play?

I at least respect UGA Basketball, they have at least accomplished something in the last 38 years( final 4).
