Anyone comparing Brian Harsin to Urban Meyer

doesnt know football and should go and choke themselves.
Brian Harsin is the junior high version of Gus Malzahn. He's Choad Morris with a better record.
Boise State has actually gone backwards since Harsin has been at his Dream school. He saw the writing on the wall at Boise, maybe only had 1 or 2 years left. It was time for him to move on.
Boise fans wants to get back to the winning ways of Chris Peterson and Dan Hawkins.
Ps: Auburn loves them some Arkansas State coaches

I honestly don't know much about Boise since Petersen left, but Harsin's record there looks pretty damn solid. Was he flying off Petersen's coattails? Probably.
I am not sure where people get that he's Gus Jr. or Chad Morris. From what I hear he doesn't run an offense anything like theirs.

He doesn't. He comes from the Chris Petersen tree.

He has spent enough time at Boise to get his own players in and the results are still very good.

Boise plays no one. Chris Peterson was average at best after leaving and he was praised as the next Bear Bryant.

Maybe but coaches tend to leave or retire when that next class doesn't look that good. Maybe Petersen left him w/ a rebuild like Meyer did to UF. Of course, he might have left the cupboard stacked like Mullen did to MSU.
