Watched some swimming, fencing, bad mitten… WTF is skateboarding doing in Olympics? 3x3 basketball? Woman’s soccer woke kneel-ers lost… US woke basketball lost…
I’m sick of the ads. Almost every ad features woke multi-racial woman, black foreign Latino or African culture handicapped feel good virtue signaling themed production. One or two got my attention. But after one or two hundred for everything from beer to Facebook I’m saturate, out of any sympathy, and completely annoyed… and i’m not some right wing militiaman.
Honestly, I resent the hell out of the unrelenting woke propaganda from every corner of the broadcasts from short vignettes to commentary to freaking ads. If they intend to marginalize me… fine… ive got other things to do.
A few more kneel-for-flag or announcers anti-American woke comments and I’ll wait for track and field… where they will use that west Indies islander as a commentor on the sprints. He’ll denigrate the Americans, talk about how great Jamaica or Trinidad always have been while never ever mentioning Carl Lewis et Al.
Olympics had lost much of its appeal and it has been my favorite TV sport thing since at least 1960 Rome.

When national representatives are afforded a platform to represent their nation and they opt to and are allowed to disrespect that opportunity by disregarding their national anthem and flag, I kind of said frick it.
Pro sports/college sports, etc are different. All are entitled to their own opinion, but the Olympics is about national pride and representation. Don't wear the US uniform if you can't stand for its flag/anthem. They want to have their cake and eat it, too.
I'd rather lose out on a medal with inferior talent who truly appreciate all that America has (in spite of its flaws), than get a podium spot with someone who fails to recognize that.

I caught 90 seconds of that last night. Kid was literally thumbing thru his phone as he started his run and jammed it in his pocket as went down what looked like a handicap ramp in front of a bank.

I get what you're saying but there hasn't been a hot second of that crap done. The only sport that has shown to get on their knees is USA basketball vs France. It was a bukkake.
