That is irreverent. Wtf lol you’re a crappy lawyer

I get it, if your wife broke your glasses and poked your buttons you are going to argue you were justified to do something. Good job. You pleaded her case tough guy.

This!!! Where are the Goddamn pics of her?

So I can properly determine how outraged I'm supposed to be.

She admitted to taking his reading glasses and breaking them. At no point did she ever admit to physically assaulting him. He beats the shite out of her. If someone comes up to you and runs their mouth and cusses you till you lose your temper but never threatens you not touches you. And you beat the hell out of them, you’re going to jail every time.

Domestic assault is a felony dumbass.

So what you saying is, that it’s legal to commit a crime if someone done it first? You’re a fricking idiot!!! Lol

If Chris Webber can punch someone in an actual game & go on like nothing happened, why would Beard be 100% fricked?

You should read the law. Dumbass. It didn’t become a felony until he “restricted her breathing” per the Texas law.

When did I say that?

Was waiting on this. Should be easy enough to prove/disprove.

Wonder where it's at> Had a girl one time that kept telling me to bite her titty. Then harder. No way. shite still left a mark and I wasn't that down with it. No more titty biting for me.

She looks like a biter/bitee.

That is assault according to the state of Texas. She initiated physical contact by forcibly taking an item from his hands. She then broke that item in an unprovoked fit of rage. Texas law is pretty clear on that. Assault.

Here is the definition, per the Texas Penal Code:

quote:

(3) intentionally or knowingly causes physical contact with another when the person knows or should reasonably believe that the other will regard the contact as offensive or provocative.

He defended Burton for smacking a woman half his size that didn’t do anything but just walking by. What else do you expect? He’s POS.

Yes, that’s correct. I said they both committed a crime.

Do you English?

Why mention who committed what crime first? It is totally irrelevant to who done what first. End of the day he broke the law and he got arrested for it. He’s a POS just like you for defending Burton hitting a woman that didn’t provoke anything.

What’s the deal with Texas coaches and crazy women? Wasn’t it a Texas assistant football coach who was engaged to a stripper and got in trouble when their pet monkey bit a kid at their house?

She instigated a physical confrontation by committing assault. He should have called the cops at that point, since his multiple attempts to completely avoid his abusive fiancé had clearly failed.
