On the scale of real bad things that happen, this is way down there. Close to a fun Saturday night for some folks.

That crazy P is hard to toss out.

WTF dude. She may be nuts, but you think it’s fine to do this crap to women? He must be just as nuts to stay with her. She broke his glasses. Leave then.

You fricking retard. I can’t even believe you actually think the shite you are posting is even logical.

You are a Bama fan, though. We know how beating women is kosher in TTown.

People's rush to blame it all on the dude and convict him IMMEDIATELY is why women pull shite like that.

Women assault their male partners all the time, knowing that if he responds, (or even if he doesn't) she can call the cops and ruin his reputation.

So congrats, y'all , on enabling this type of shite.

He bit her. Pushing away is one thing, choking and biting is a bitch move.

Want to settle this? Lock them in a room and who ever comes out standing was telling the truth.

My money is on the woman.

The people in here are getting too worked up. Oh she’s crazy and a psycho and blah blah. Maybe don’t hit girl and learn to remove yourself from the situation like an adult. But but, nah can’t relate. I am still on a perfect streak, have yet to lay hands on a woman. And I’ve been in toxic relationships.

I mean, would I ever? Sure, but it better be a crackhead trying to stab me with medical waste for me to start swinging

Yeah and people keep saying she assaulted him first. She took his glasses from his hand and broke them, if the report is true. Not sure that warrants the response, especially after he had 10-15 minutes to think about it.

Didn’t he know that Alabama is the only school where men can hit a female and it be ok? Saban will hire this guy once he’s out of jail.

“My fiancé assaulted me, and now I’m walking out of the house” would have been much better than what transpired. Don’t you think?

You arse clown.

Is grabbing his glasses and breaking them really assault though. He still should have just walked away, but not sure I would call that assault on her part, if that is how it went down.

Semantics. He technically committed assault and battery. She committed assault. Assault isn’t a felony.

What he did wasn’t a felony until he allegedly put his arm around her neck. They both committed a crime. She committed the first one, unprovoked.

You are the same POS that condoned Burton unprovoked and smacking a female in the head for no reason. She didn’t lie, she told the truth that she broke his glasses. She never hit him. Then he beats the hell out of her and puts bruises on her. I can tell what kind of low life trash you are.

pulling glasses out of someone’s hand and breaking them is not assault. There’s a lot of idiotic victim blaming in here.

She wasn’t in the right, but equating broken glasses with choking and biting a woman is peak level idiocy.
