Saturday should be okay in the Florida peninsula, based on the current thinking. Conditions will deteriorate possibly Sunday night and definitely Monday into Tuesday.

Highly doubt it. Hurricane is moving pretty slow.

That means it will probably strengthen. People who have never been in one don't understand you can start feeling the affects a full day before the eye hits.........especially on a large slow moving hurricane.

Buckle down East coast. I hope this thing doesn't get in the Gulf. It could get extremely nasty if that is the case.

Has Florida cancelled their 9-7 game for next weekend yet? Asking for a friend.

Imagine that, finding an alternative place to play to keep the schedule intact.

Yeah all those fans living in south and central Florida can go to the game and then come home and start getting ready for the storm right before it hits. No need to start preparing for it ahead of time. I'm sure there won't be any traffic issues or anything with 20 million people trying to get off a 300 mile long peninsula with only 3 major highways. What could possibly go wrong?
