I actually like Houston, but you have to do what you have to do. He isn't getting paid $2.6 a year to lose 12 SEC games in a row. Supposedly players were saying that he is gone as well. So I guess he might have been fired in the locker room?

Exactly. "defensive minded" teams at Kentucky, Ole Miss, State, etc don't really work out. Because none of those schools are gonna have the talent and depth to stop the Bama's of the world. Gotta put points on the board and have a "good enough" defense.

He's nothing special. With how well our defense is playing now I think he was pretty overrated last year and Texas' D is nothing to write home about with loads of 5* talent.
