If so, I hope that you have as great of an experience as I had in Austin last year.

Thanks for the good word. Not sure how many will make it, with a 2-loss team and expecting a nice butt-whooping, some of us may save a few bucks.

I am sure a good many will come just because it is the first time in Athens. That’s why I went to Austin last year. I don’t go to many games nowadays but will make the inaugural trip to a new town and stadium. Looking forward to Texas A&M game at Kyle Field. They begged the SEC to not schedule UGA for to long but now it’s unavoidable. Will be interesting to see if they have the class factor that Texas fans have. And eventually, Oklahoma in Norman.

Well, there is a local bar that is going all TX for them. Wonder how much they were paid.

I might, I will know by Wednesday. Athens is one of the few SEC towns I haven't been to, I have heard good things about it and hope I can make it.

Have heard great things about Athens. Wish I could make it this year. Thankfully, it won’t be long before there is another opportunity. Thanks for the warm welcome.

Went to Athens for an SEC game years ago and had blast with the locals, watching the traditions, and stadium experience.
I am sure 95%+ will be treated well and hospitable as there’s always a ~5% or assholes with every fan base

I'd rather be depressed from the comfort of my own living room
Seriously though, I wish I was. It was the one road trip I planned to take this year but it was not to be this time.
